Harvard Professor George Miller in 1956 published a piece called "The Magical Number Seven, Plus or Minus Two". His research concluded that generally we can hold five to nine prices of information in our short-term memory banks. Therefore, in keeping with Professor Miller's findings, I will keep my ten thoughts in today's Tuesdays with Tim to seven words, plus or minus two. Here we go:
1. The three leading in Iowa are not politicians.
2. We Are! Penn State! Beat Temple this Saturday!
3. "'I'll do the dishes' = happy marriage"-- Anonymous
4. Isis continues to kill Christians - where's the outcry?
5. 400 Pastors resigned on Sunday because of Ashley Madison.
6. Adobe Flash 1996-2015: R.I.P.
7. No PA budget since June - taxes still collected. Fair?
8. "...a harsh word stirs up anger." Proverbs 15:2b
9. In 116 days, it will be Christmas
10. Sept 01 - celebrates words that don't rhyme w/another (orange, month)
